The space
The 300 m² villa is spread over 3 levels, each offering:
On the first floor, a large, ultra-equipped kitchen (American fridge, traditional oven, microwave, induction hob with integrated hood, 2 sinks, dishwasher, etc.) opening onto a terrace, the pool and an outdoor living room with sea view, as well as 4 bedrooms with 180 cm beds, including 2 master bedrooms with large dressing room, shower room and toilet, another shower room and toilet, and the last bedroom with a shower room.
The upper level features a large terrace with an outdoor kitchen (plancha, barbecue, hob, fridge, water point and storage space), a large dining table overlooking the sea and a cosy sitting area.
On the lower level, a bedroom (180 cm bed) with dressing room, separate shower room, laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board) and gym (treadmill, floor mat, pilates ball and roller, putting green, etc.) as well as a billiard table and table soccer. Outside, you'll enjoy a ping-pong table and boules pitch.
A cleaning service for your comfort during 3 hours in the middle of your stay (days to be determined) for 90€ each payable on arrival for a one-week stay. Two to three cleaning operations during a 15-day stay.
The swimming pool is heated from April to May and from September to October.
