An ideal location in the heart of Grimaud, pleasant village at the gates of Saint-Tropez with easy access to shops, restaurants and activities.
- Magnificent recent villa (2021), spacious (220 m²) and tastefully furnished (high-end and carefully chosen furniture and decoration), all in a quiet, cossue and secure residence.
- You can enjoy a beautiful landscaped garden with a petanque court, a FatBoy lounge, a hammock, a Weber barbecue and cool off in the pool with stone tiles of Bali (8m x 4m).
- The villa is air-conditioned for more comfort on hot summer days and has an alarm system.
- Feel like sports ? a gym is equipped. A movie night? Orange access with over 300 movies available in "my videos", Netflix guest subscription, DVD player with all the classics and Disney and 2 additional TVs in the rooms.
- Some laundry to do? A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a dryer is available.
- 500 meters from the beach of Grimaud, pedestrian access is easy.
- Fully equipped : linens, towels, vanity kits and coffee capsules will be provided.

- The villa has 4 large bedrooms with beautiful volumes and an ideal ceiling height. They are each equipped with a double bed. Two of them also have TV and one with balcony.
- You will also have at your disposal 3 spacious bathrooms.
You can also enjoy the beautiful landscaped garden in which you will have access to the necessary equipment, both to relax with the sun loungers, to take your dinners with family or friends on the beautiful shaded terrace and equipped with a pergola.
A large swimming pool is also available to make the most of the southern vacation experience!

- To facilitate your travels, especially during the summer season, in order to avoid traffic jams, companies offer regular maritime shuttles: the Navettes Grimaldines which connect Port Grimaud, the Marines de Cogolin and Saint-Tropez. You can buy your tickets directly on board.
- The Zou 7601 bus passes near the accommodation.
- Fréjus train station, 37 minutes away by car.
- Green boats available for St Tropez and the whole gulf.
