- This apartment has been renovated, well arranged and tastefully decorated (the furniture is of good quality), in a modern loft style. Fun fact : it was used as a decor for the “Riviera” TV show.
- Being luminous and having a beautiful height under ceiling as well as an excellent insulation, you will appreciate this apartment for its calm and comfort.
- Easily accessible, well served.
- Fully equipped, linens, towels and vanity kits will be provided.

Other features to consider:

- The building is not equipped with an elevator.
- There is some stairs to access the living room and the kitchen, therefore it can be dangerous with young children.
- You will have one set of keys at your disposal.

Housing:

You will appreciate my place for its charm, its location and its comfort.

The apartment can accommodate 2 people and is located on the 2nd floor only accessible by stairs.

To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal:

- A convivial and bright living room equipped as follows: sofa, coffee table, dining area with dining table for 3 people.
- A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, kitchen utensils.
- A cozy bedroom with a double bed.
- A neat bathroom with a bathtub, shower cubicle and toilet.

You will also be able to enjoy a nice outdoor space with a balcony. 


- The port car park (paying) is 3 minutes walk away.
- Bus stop Saint-Tropez Gare Routière (line 7705 and LER 36) is 6 minutes walk away.
- Saint-Tropez train station is 6 minutes walk away.
