Close to St Tropez (6km), accessible by river shuttle, it is located a few minutes from the beach and shops, in an environment conducive to discovery, leisure and/or rest! The space
Ideal for 2 people (1 double bed), it offers many amenities (washing machine, Nespresso machine, electric fruit press, etc.). Sheets and towels will be provided as well as a welcome kit.

Housing :
Very bright, our studio overlooks the Marina of Cogolin. It is located in a quiet and secure residence with caretaker and surveillance camera.
It can accommodate 2 people and is located on the 2nd floor with lift.
Sheets and towels will be provided as well as a Vanity Kit and a few coffee capsules.
To fully enjoy your stay, you will have at your disposal:
- A spacious and friendly living room thanks to the wardrobe-bed system that can be raised during the day (with comfort mattress!), a 3-seater sofa, and its coffee table, a beautiful dining table, powerful fan, TV, column speaker and wifi
- The 8 m2 loggia offering a breathtaking view of the ballet of boats in the Marina, allowing you to enjoy the sun in the morning before the hot weather, with its pretty garden table (+ chairs) for eating or its 2 deck chairs for basking in the calme
- A neat bathroom, completely redone with walk-in shower (hairdryer available)
- A separate toilet
- The large cupboards with wardrobe in the entrance hallway
- A fully equipped kitchen: fridge, hob, combination microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, classic coffee maker, electric fruit squeezer, kitchen utensils and a wide choice of crockery
The neighborhood
Studio located in the heart of the Cogolin marina. It offers a full view of the marina and the hills. You can fully enjoy the Mediterranean air, go to the beach, stroll along the harbor, or visit the surrounding towns, such as Saint-Tropez.
You’ll be close to the “Fournil de’Emma” bakery, the “Géant Casino” supermarket, and a pharmacy.
To visit:
- The Southern Jetty Lighthouse (“Feu de la jetée Sud”).
- The Annonciade Museum in Saint-Tropez.
- The Gendarmerie Museum in Saint-Tropez.

- The restaurant “La Galiote”.

- Walk along the ports of Cogolin and Grimaud.

- Possibility to park on the street (free) at the bottom of the residence, in the secure marina.
- Free shuttle to the beach, river shuttle to St Tropez, city bus nearby.
- The Arcs - Draguignan train station is 40 minutes away by car.
