- Ideal location, 300 meters from the sea.
- This fully equipped and quiet house is in a very good general condition (quality insulation, high ceilings).
- Fully equipped, linens, towels, vanity kits and some coffee capsules will be provided.
- You can enjoy a beautiful fully equipped outdoor space (shared pool, terrace, barbecue, dining area).
Other features to consider:
- One of the bedrooms is located in the basement. You will be able to enjoy the freshness of the room.
- You will have one set of keys at your disposal.

The house can accommodate 6 people.

- A second cozy room with a double bed and a convertible sofa for 2 people.
- A first neat bathroom with a bathtub.
- A second modern bathroom with a shower cubicle and toilet.
- A second separate toilet.
You can also enjoy a nice outdoor space with a terrace, BBQ and shared swimming pool.

The house is in Sainte-Maxime.
In the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, Sainte Maxime is appreciated for its old town, its lively pedestrian streets, its superb gardens of the Promenade and its magnificent panoramas. You can also enjoy the many sunny beaches, shops, markets and pleasant walks. Take the opportunity to make a detour to Saint-Tropez, which is only a few minutes away by car!
You will be close to the Preconil Pharmacy (10 minutes by car), the Boulangerie Coulomb (8 minutes by car) and the SPAR supermarket (5 minutes by car).
